Experience with web development
Obsessed about code clarity and writing DRY
Meticulous code reviews
Leading, mentoring and managing junior team members
Contributing to technical and implementation discussions
Attention to detail and ability to maintain comprehensive documentation and write technical articles
Strong understanding of Object Oriented Concepts
Expertise in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript
Experience with either Angular or Backbone or a similar client side UI framework
Extensive experience with server-side frameworks like Grails, RubyOnRails, Spring, Play Framework or something similar
